Protecting your personal and behavioral data during your backcountry pursuit is a core tenet of HuntShadow.com.

1. Data Collection

When booking our services, we collect necessary contact and billing information to process your full booking payment and coordinate logistics. We use secure third-party payment gateways and do not store raw credit card numbers. We operate strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2. Absolute Footage Privacy & Delivery

We do not keep ANY footage. At the conclusion of your booked trip, all raw video files are delivered to you via a secure digital link within 48 hours. We do not retain backups, copies, or highlight reels.

Once the digital media delivery is complete, HuntShadow is NOT responsible for what happens to the footage. You are free to do whatever you want with your footage. If you lose or corrupt the digital files after delivery, HuntShadow cannot recover them.
