By booking videography services with HuntShadow.com, you agree to be bound by the following strict terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice.

1. Booking & Payment Structure

Because we operate on a strict first-come, first-serve basis and commit exclusively to your dates in the backcountry, our payment schedule is rigidly enforced:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to officially secure your dates.

2. Media Ownership & Handoff

All footage is the exclusive property of HuntShadow.com until the end of the trip, without exception. Upon the conclusion of the trip and completion of the physical SD card handoff, full ownership transfers to the client. After handoff, the client assumes full liability and creative control. HuntShadow is not responsible for the footage after this transfer.

3. Operational Ethics & Field Conduct

We demand the highest ethical operation in the backcountry. We expect all parties involved in the hunt to follow all local, state, and federal laws and respect wildlife agency rules at all times. Furthermore, you must leave the forest how you found it. Any illegal activity or gross ethical violations witnessed by our documentarians will result in immediate termination of services with zero refund.
